I also liked the idea of being able to press the grill top for that grill feeling. I used sme oil on them to get them to brown and enjoyed watching all the fat and excess oil just drip out. It did produce allot of steam , needs open area or kitchen vent if you are going to use. I rceived the grill as agift. I cooked chicken brest on it and loved how they came out. Easy to clean.
Even though it allows you to cook huge meals, it doesn't occupy a lot of space in the kitchen. The size is perfect to grill two hamburguers or a steak. I highly recommend this product. This is the best George Foreman grill I have ever had. I was hesitant about this model because of the size (I live in a small apartment). Loved the color and the design.

I CAN GIVE.DEFINATLEY RECCOMEND THIS ONE & AMAZON HAS THE BEST PRICE FOR IT YOU MUST TAKE A WET PAPER TOWEL WHILE IT'S STILL HOT & WIPE SURFACES, IT WILL BEAD UP GREASE AND MAKE THE LATER "REAL" CLEANING IMMENSLEY EASIER. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL G.FORMAN GRILLS, THIS ONE IS THE BEST FOR THE MONEY. LARGE GRILLING AREA, FITS 6 BURGERS OR CHICKEN CUTLETS EASILY. IT WILL PROLONG THE LIFE OF THE GRILL TOO, BECAUSE YOUR NOT SCRUBBING IT LATER, THAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT INFO.
i was not satisfied i wanted removable plate and it was listed under that but was not what it was supposed to be.
